Shipping Policy & Fees

If you have placed an order online and do not receive an order confirmation email almost immediately please check you spam or junk mail folder.

We make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Right now orders are taking about 2 business days to ship.

If your order is detained it is generally a dye lot issue. I do not like to mess with mixed dye lots so I will not expect you to. I would rather hold your order a day or 2 than to have you fight with mixed dye lots.

Your address and personal information are never shared. I do not sell, trade or make my customers information available to anyone!!! For more on this please see our Privacy Statement on our Company Policies Page.

Choose which shipping method works for you.

Standard Shipping - Applies to the continental U.S. only and must have a physical address. For the Standard Shipping Method we pick the method of shipping. Depending on the size of your order or where you live one shipping method may be cheaper than the other. If you select this shipping method and have both a PO Box and a Physical address we ask that you please provide both. That way if we ship USPS (United States Postal Service) we can ship to the PO Box. Or, if we ship UPS we can ship to the physical address. To keep the shipping cost down we need to ship using the cheapest method. So we need to be able to select which method to use. We send an email when your order ships so you know which method of shipping we used. This information is also posted on our Where's My Order Page. To keep our shipping cost down though we must use the cheapest shipping method.

Publications Only - Applies to the continental U.S. only. NOT FOR YARN ORDERS. This shipping method is for publications or like publication items only. For instance an order for Hot Iron Transfers only. All pattern book only orders can use this shipping method. Basically this shipping method is for small flat items that will ship in a regular manila or flat envelope. This shipping method is not for yarn orders and we will adjust the shipping method if you select Publications Only shipping for a yarn order. For larger Publications Only orders please provide a physical address. Once an order goes over 1lb we may need to use UPS to keep the cost down. We know to use the billing address for mail or the physical address for UPS. If you do not want to provide a physical address I understand completely. Please select the USPS Only method then.

If you need your order shipped a specific way or you live outside the continental U.S. please see the below shipping methods.

USPS Only - You need your order shipped using the US Postal Service?? No problem. Please select this shipping method and your order will be shipped using the Postal Service only.
This shipping method applies for all
P.O. Boxes, APO's/FPO's, AK, HI, & US Territories. The address must have a U.S. Zip Code.
If this shipping method applies to you and you do not select the correct shipping method it will hold your order up. These orders are shipped by U.S. Postal service. We generally use Priority Mail as we have found it is the most reliable method.

UPS Only - You need your order to be shipped by UPS?? No problem. Please select this shipping method and your order will be shipped using UPS only.
You must provide a physical address for this shipping method.
UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
If you must have your order shipped by UPS and you select standard shipping we will ship it the cheapest way and it may not be UPS.
