Where's my order When we ship your order you should receive an email notification. Please double check to make sure you provided a current and correct email address if you want to receive your shipping information by email. Due to the high volume of order we are no longer listing phone, fax or mail orders here. The orders listed below are web site submitted orders only. We ship UPS as much as possible. I have our system set up to send an email automatically using their Quantum View System. If we ship your order USPS then I will email you a copy of your invoice with "Order # XXX USPS Shipping Notification" as the subject line. In the event that you did not receive your email please do not hesitate to contact me at lisa@yarn-and-threadbylisa.com. I will be glad to update you on the status of your order. Here at Yarn & Thread by Lisa we take your personal information very seriously so we do not post tracking numbers here at the web site. Eventually, once the order is delivered, the tracking number reveals the delivery address. So we do not post the tracking information here, just the status of the order.
